Product Introduction
Hooked steel gangway is a functional gangway designed specifically for high-altitude scaffolding systems. While retaining the advantages of convenient installation of hooked steel pedals, it further enhances its core performance as a "gangway" and can better meet the needs of construction personnel for high-altitude movement and operation. It is widely used in various construction and outdoor engineering scenarios.
Product Structure and Materials
The hook steel springboard is made of high-strength Q235B steel as the raw material, and the main frame is created by cold pressing technology, presenting a long strip like plate structure as a whole. The surface of the board is pressed with evenly distributed anti slip ridges, with a depth of over 1.5mm, which can effectively enhance the friction of the foot. The most prominent structural feature is the U-shaped hooks at both ends, which are connected to the main body of the springboard through full welding process. The welding area adopts a curved transition design to avoid stress concentration. The inner side of the hook is embedded with rubber anti slip pads, which can increase the friction with the scaffold crossbar and reduce the wear and noise caused by metal contact. Some models are equipped with 5cm high protective barriers on both sides of the springboard, further enhancing the safety protection level.
Product Features
Convenient mobility and strong adaptability: Compared to traditional fixed pedals, the hook design of the hooked steel springboard allows it to quickly switch between different positions of scaffolding, and construction personnel can flexibly adjust the position of the springboard according to the scope of work. The hook opening can be adjusted to fit standard scaffold steel pipes ranging from 48mm to 51mm, without the need for additional accessories, to achieve a stable connection and adapt to most scaffold systems.
Outstanding anti bending performance: The main body of the springboard adopts a "convex" cross-sectional design, which can evenly distribute the load to the entire surface of the board. After testing, the 3-meter-long hooked steel springboard can withstand a weight of 500kg with a deflection of no more than 15mm. After unloading, it can fully recover to its original state without permanent deformation, ensuring structural stability when multiple people are working at the same time.
Anti slip and waterproof dual guarantee: The surface anti slip convex pattern not only enhances friction, but also forms a natural drainage channel along the pattern, allowing rainwater to be quickly discharged along the pattern and avoiding water accumulation on the board. Even in rainy or humid environments, it can maintain good anti slip effect and reduce the risk of slipping.
Durability upgrade: The entire product has undergone hot-dip galvanizing treatment, and the adhesion of the zinc layer meets the requirements of GB/T 13912-2002 standard. It can withstand more than 500 hours without red rust in salt spray testing. The edge of the springboard is treated with rolled edges to avoid sharp edges and corners from scratching the construction personnel, while enhancing the deformation resistance of the board. The service life can reach more than 8 years.
Lightweight design: By optimizing material thickness and structural layout, lightweight is achieved while ensuring strength. For example, a 2-meter-long hooked steel springboard weighs only 12kg and can be easily transported and installed by a single person, reducing the physical exertion of construction personnel.
